Answer – Feel to Heal
If possible, make friends with your feelings of emptiness in a safe way.
Hope this does not sound too glib.
You are well on your way to working with and healing this. Because you recognize you true feelings i.e emptiness.
Practice grounding by:
- feeling and flexing you toes
- feeling the posture of you body
Practice acknowledging the emotion:
- ‘there is resentment’
- ‘there is nothing wrong with feeling my emptiness’
Repeat gently and slowly a Phrase of Intention:
- ‘may my emptiness be well’
- ‘may my friend and I be well’
“What do I need”
We all need a few GOOD friends.
I sense you will know what you need as time passes.
