I would suggest 3 basic things:
- Grounding – Feeling the firm sensations, of the body’s posture with (bare) attention. When you feel safely grounded, begin opening.
- Opening – Feeling the flowing sensations of the in-breath at the nose and resting on the out-breath, as best you can..
- RESTING -Resting in the body, just resting in the present moment and letting go.
Note: when distracting thoughts arise, gently return bare attention to the practice of Grounding.
