Ross has completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (M.B.S.R.) teachers training program at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
He has also completed the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (M.B.C.T.) teacher training at the University of Toronto and is a member of the Canadian Mental Health Association.
Ross is a group Certified Life Coach, specializing in stress management, team building and Life/work balance.
